Shipping and payment information
I ship within Germany and the EU only with our logistics partner DHL. We process and ship the order during our general business hours. This are Monday - Friday from 10: 00- 17:00 (except public holidays).
All prices stated on the provider's website do not include statutory VAT.
The corresponding shipping costs are given to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer, unless the customer makes use of his right of withdrawal. The delivery takes place at a flat rate shipping fee depending on the country of the recipient:
Within Germany € 4.50 (net), free of charge from a net goods value of € 100.
Within the EU from € 18.50 (net), free of charge from a net goods value of € 150
For deliveries abroad, duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown.
